The initial service is limited to adults within the Perdido Primary Care coverage.

Not necessarily. Allergies, health history, drug interactions, pregnancy status, provider judgment, state requirements, and availability may affect the contents.
Patients may provide relevant information, but medication selection is ultimately a clinical decision made by the evaluating provider.
No. EverywhereRX should complement—not replace—routine primary care, diagnostic testing, urgent care, specialist care, or emergency treatment.
No. Traditional first-aid supplies address wounds, bleeding, burns, sprains, and other injuries. They should be kept separately unless EverywhereRX later offers a combined product.
Most approved orders are expected to ship after the medical review and pharmacy processing are complete. Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout and may vary by state, provider response, pharmacy availability, and shipping conditions.
Each medication will have a pharmacy-assigned expiration date. Patients should follow the label and storage instructions and replace expired products.
Prescription medications generally cannot be returned for reuse. Your final return and refund policy must distinguish between clinical-review fees, prescription products, unopened nonprescription products, damaged packages, and shipping errors.
EverywhereRX is currently a self-pay service and does not bill health insurance. Patients may contact their HSA or FSA administrator to determine whether a particular expense is eligible.
Follow your patient-specific guide. Depending on the symptoms and medication, you may be instructed to message a provider, schedule a virtual visit, obtain testing, or seek in-person treatment.
Call 911 or seek emergency care for difficulty breathing, chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe allergic reactions, major trauma, uncontrolled bleeding, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe dehydration, rapidly worsening illness, or other potentially life-threatening symptoms.
